Exton, in JV with Clowes Developments, have completed this prime logistics site with Unit 1 pre-let to TNT and sold to Standard Life. Unit 2 was pre-let to CEVA Logistics and forward sold to M&G. Unit 3 was let to Berendsen and forward sold to Aberdeen Standard Investments. Land sales to UKPN, Bellway and UK Government for a school have all completed.
