Latterly Stuart spent over five years with Berkeley Commercial focussing on developments in the office and industrial markets of the South East with numerous investment and speculative development schemes completed.
James Mawson - Property Director
Property Director with over 20 years experience in property management, leasing and development including complex schemes whilst at Hammerson such as The Oracle in Reading and Bull Ring in Birmingham. Latterly James was at Berkeley Commercial focussing on the Gunwharf Quays mixed use scheme in Portsmouth.
Richard Hutchinson - Financial Director
Finance Director, qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen. Since leaving Andersen in 1978, he has been involved in financial management for a wide variety of different companies, including a period as CFO Europe of Korn/Ferry International, the international firm of Executive Search Consultants.
